Guided Meditation

I am so excited to offer guided meditation that you’ll be able to access wherever you are! Over the years,  I’ve had so many students express that they wished I had recorded meditations available and I’m happy to finally grant this wish.

You can meditate in bed, sitting down in a chair or on a cushion, or in any shape that feels comfortable to you. Try to find a quiet area without distractions.
